Since his debut in 2007 with several short triathlons Santi has not stopped following his passion training and competing in equal parts until today. It wasn't until 2011 in South Africa that he got his dream, qualifying for Hawaii.

A teacher by profession, married and father of a son named Kai, Luis has an unblemished record with numerous victories in long-distance IronMan since he first made his debut in 2011. He combines his career as a triathlete with his passion for teaching as founder and coach of the HappytriningT3 team.

Debuting in the triathlon in 2013, he is passionate about the sport and about passing on his values and knowledge to the people he trains so that they can enjoy what they do and learn to have a healthy lifestyle.
